Originally called the TAA (Trinidad Automobile Association) was formed in 1911 by Sir George Le Hunt and a group of motorists.
Now known as the TTAA (Trinidad & Tobago Automobile Association), the organisation is a registered Non-Profit organisation and a full Mobility member to the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA).
The TTAA is not only one of the oldest existing organisations in Trinidad & Tobago, but also one of the earliest set up among other clubs in the world to protect and advance the legitimate interests of motorists and motor cyclists.
More than 110 years later, the TTAA still remains the protection and furtherance of the interest of its members, as well as, establishes reciprocal relationships between similar organizations.
